Kirk Summers

Hi, I’m Kirk Summers, son of Phil and Chris the owners of SGA. I have been involved in gymnastics for my whole life. I have been teaching here at SGA for four years. I teach the boys classes and pre-team and our new Ninja Zone classes. I have spent six years traveling to gymnastics meets with my parents watching and learning. I love teaching gymnastics and I am looking forward to a great year! If you ever have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to ask. You can always catch me after class or leave a message for me and I will get in touch with you. I am looking forward to getting to know and working with your child!

Lisa Swanson (Former U.S. Marine)

Lisa started teaching gymnastics for Eastern Montana Gymnastics (Circle, MT) in 2008 and continued until 2010 when she started instructing gymnastics for the City of Glendive Recreation Department. As the city program outgrew their facility, Lisa took it to the next level by starting her own gymnastics & women’s fitness club (Devil Dog Gymnastics & the G.Y.M. Fitness). This new gym (10,000 sq ft) created a competitive gymnastics program in a very rural community, as well as offering a variety of fitness, gymnastics and parkour classes.

Lisa is currently a Certified USA Gymnastics Professional Member. She also has a USA Gymnastics Safety Certification and has taken the Fundamentals of Gymnastics Course and a Hands-on- Training Course for School Age Children through USA Gymnastics.

Lisa enjoys spending time with her family boating/rock-hunting on the Yellowstone River as well as hiking in the Black Hills. This past fall, Lisa sold her gym & moved to Spearfish so her twin daughters (Sami & Jena – Level 10) could pursue their goal of becoming a collegiate gymnast.
